What Can I Track?
Our parenting app lets you track feeds, sleep, diapers, potty, medication, growth, vaccinations, milestones, temperature, and even pet activity – all in one place. A complete tracker for busy families.
Can I Manage Multiple Kids/Pets?
Yes! Our family app lets you create unlimited profiles for children and pets. Organise them into households and switch between them easily with a single tap. Perfect for co-parenting and managing your whole family!
Can I View Full History?
Want to see more than the last 24 hours in our parenting app? Tap the clock icon in the top right corner. This opens the full history where you can select different dates to view past logs for each feature and each child.
Can I See Recent Activity?
Yes! Most tracking features in our parenting app show a quick 24-hour history snapshot right at the bottom of the screen. Easily review recent logs in our child tracking app!
Can I Set Reminders?
Yes! Our parenting app lets you easily set reminders. Look for the reminder icon at the top of most tracking screens. You can create one-time or recurring reminders, tag specific children, and assign them to the right caregiver. Stay organised with our family organiser app!
What is the source of the growth charts and percentiles in the app?
The growth charts and percentiles use the WHO Child Growth Standards Specifically, Length/height-for-age, Weight-for-age, and Head circumference for age.
Feeding & Solids
How Does the Solid Food Tracker Work?
Select foods from our built-in list – fruit, veg, grains, proteins, dairy, and spices. Add notes, mark favourites, and flag allergies to easily track what might cause a reaction.
Diapers & Potty
What diaper types can I log?
Record wet, dry, mixed or stool diapers, note colour and consistency
Is potty training supported?
Yes. Potty sessions mirror diaper logging
Sleep
Can I Track My Child’s Sleep?
Yes – tap the play icon to start a sleep session, and see live activity on your dashboard.
How Do I Log Missed Sleep or Fix Timer Errors?
To log sleep you’ve missed, tap the ‘manual entry’ button within the sleep tracker and add the details. If you forgot to stop the timer, just stop it and then hit ‘manual entry’ to adjust the times. Easy sleep tracking for your little one with our baby sleep app.
Routines & Reminders
Which Daily Routines Can I Schedule?
You can set reminders for full baths, quick washes, tooth-brushing, nail-clipping, and any other routines you like! Choose how often and even set reminders. Stay on top of your child’s day with our daily routine.
Caregivers
Can i invite a caregiver?
Absolutely Yes! Send an invite from Household > Invite Caregiver, choose view or edit rights, and they’ll access the profile instantly.
Caregiver didn’t receive the invite?
Ask them to check spam, then resend. If that fails, contact support by tapping Settings > Support
I am experiencing syncing issues with linked caregivers
Having trouble with our parenting app not syncing with other caregivers?
- Caregiver List:Double-check that all caregivers are on the authorised list in the child’s profile.
- Restart:Everyone restart their phone or tablet.
- Network Switch:Try changing Wi-Fi or using mobile data.
- Public Wi-Fi:If on public Wi-Fi (hotel, etc.), open a browser and log in to the network if needed.

Community
How do I join a community group?
Open Community, browse topics and tap Join.
How do I report abusive or inappropriate content?
Tap the 3 dots on the the post / comment you want to report and tap Report post button, add a short reason, and our moderators will review it promptly.
General
Can i Log offline?
No signal? Log anyway, entries queue offline and sync automatically once you’re back online.
Can I Export Data?
Create PDF or Excel summaries (feeds, diapers, growth, allergies and more) in Settings > Export, then have them emailed to yourself or your paediatrician. this is only available for premium subscriptions
Account & Data Deletion
Delete everything via Settings > Profile > Delete Account
This erases all logs, households and caregiver access and signs you out permanently, you’ll need a new account to return.
Subscriptions & Billing
The Free plan includes core tracking. Premium unlocks advanced reports, unlimited caregivers and full data exports. Cancel anytime in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Can I Report a Bug ?
Yes, Post issues in Community > Bugs – you will be able to see reported bugs so you up-vote existing threads to help us prioritise.
You can Navigate to Bug Reports by tapping on the hamburger icon in the community.
Report a new feature
Got ideas to improve Walliee? You can do this within the Community > Feature Requests – If you Idea is already there by another community member- just up vote it so that we know its a popular feature everyone wants.
